EQUIPMENT RENTAL:
Scuba: All scuba equipment is supplied for the duration of the course.
Soft Gear: 5mm Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins & weight belt can be rented at an additional cost of R399 per person for the duration of the course.
If you purchase full soft gear before your sea dives, the R399 will be refunded.
MATERIALS:
Training materials required for the course are available for purchase at a cost of R399 (manual) or R845 (CD Rom)

Free Range 5km Urban Trail Run

Come and run the trail from Friday 22nd April at 9am till Monday 25th April at 5pm.

Runners can take part every day between 9am and 5pm. Runners can also run the event AS MANY TIMES AS THEY CAN over the weekend. Trying to beat another runner's time, or trying to beat their own.

There is a registration fee of R100 OR R50 if you have already registered for another event. Remember to bring your wristbands.

This entitles you to a number of specials at various restaurants around Plett as well as the special below:

Registration takes place at Jamin Adventures or at Central Beach Plettenberg Bay.
